Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

(Part-Time | Fully Remote)

We are looking for a Philippines-based Technical Talent Specialist with experience supporting U.S. hiring to join our small, growing team on a part-time basis. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with candidates, evaluating talent, and helping move hiring processes forward in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Supporting roles in the tech space, life sciences, sales, marketing, and other business functions - so adaptability and curiosity are key.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video interviews with candidates across a variety of roles and industries
• Assess candidate experience, communication skills, and overall role fit
• Collaborate closely with a small recruiting team throughout the hiring process
• Provide structured interview feedback and timely candidate updates
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience
• Support sourcing and recruiting efforts across multiple role types as needed

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree (STEM field preferred)
• Prior experience supporting U.S. recruitment (technical recruiting experience strongly preferred)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable conducting independent video interviews
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Available to work night shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones
• Startup or agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
